DeliveryWhere do you deliver?
We currently deliver to UK Mainland addresses only. We are unable to deliver to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, the Isle of Man, the Isles of Scilly or the Channel Islands.
DeliveryHow long does delivery take?
Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are dispatched the same day. Delivery normally takes 2–4 working days after dispatch.
DeliveryHow much is delivery?
Standard UK Mainland delivery is free.
WarrantyWhat warranty is included?
Your air fryer comes with a 2-year guarantee. This is in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
ReturnsCan I return it?
Yes. You can return an unused item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. See our returns page for the process.
Cleaning & careIs it dishwasher safe?
The glass containers, crisper plates and silicone storage lids are dishwasher safe. The main unit (power head) contains electrical parts – wipe it clean with a damp cloth only and never immerse it in water.
Cleaning & careWhat does PFAS-free refer to?
The PFAS-free claim applies to the CleanCrisp glass cooking pots. It does not refer to every component of the appliance.
CapacityHow much food does 7.6L hold?
The 7.6L total is split across two 3.8L glass containers – generous for family meals, or cooking a main and a side at the same time.
Cooking zonesCan the two zones cook different foods at once?
Yes. Each zone can run its own function, temperature and time. Match Cook copies settings across both zones, and Smart Finish times them so both finish together.
Cooking zonesCan I use just one zone?
Yes. You can cook in a single zone whenever you only need one container.
