1. About us

This site is operated by Crisp Easy Trading Ltd, registered in England & Wales (no. 00000000), registered office Unit 4, Example Business Park, Manchester, M1 1AA, United Kingdom.

2. Your order

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we email confirmation of dispatch. We may decline an order, for example if an item is out of stock or the delivery address is outside UK Mainland.

3. Prices & payment

Prices are in pounds sterling (£) and include VAT. Delivery charges are shown before you pay. A limit of 3 units per order applies.

4. Delivery

See our delivery information. Risk passes to you on delivery.

5. Cancellation & returns

You may cancel within 14 days of delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013; we extend this to 30 days. See our returns policy.

6. Faulty goods

Goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights. A 2-year guarantee is provided in addition.

7. Liability

We are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable or for business losses. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

8. Trademarks

Ninja and CRISPi are trademarks of their respective owner. We are an independent retailer.

9. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
